Network history charts in app

Add historical visibility to network activity with charts that go beyond the current snapshot view. This introduces time-based insights such as hourly, daily, and longer-term trends in network usage.

The goal is to make it easier to understand how network activity evolves over time, spot spikes or patterns, and correlate usage with applications or workflows. This builds on existing network tracking by adding context and history rather than just totals.
