Application profile integration

Enrich application tracking in-app by attaching metadata such as descriptions, categories, and visuals to each tracked application. This includes retrieving relevant information when new applications or versions are detected.

The goal is to make application data more understandable at a glance, with richer context in areas like the Uptime → Applications view. This also opens the door to improved categorization and more informative UI elements such as detailed hover states with logos and descriptions.
